When you encounter problems, first check the system version and authorization status; if you still cannot solve it, go to online support.
Get online supportAllow the current browser to install applications from unknown sources in the system settings; some models can temporarily turn on airplane mode and try again.
Please confirm that the system is Android 7.0+, and select the 64-bit or 32-bit installation package according to the device architecture.
